A BAR rate is required
for each room type at the hotel. Pricing is required for
a minimum of 12 months for the number of people in the room.
Rates must be entered up to the maximum number of people
the room will accommodate. If there is a charge for an additional
person in the room, using existing beds, please advise the
cost for Lodging
near Independence MO. Otherwise leave blank.
If you have seasonal rates, please supply the relevant date
ranges for each room rate. This rate is targeted at all
markets, allows you to offer demand sites a BAR rate. Once
loaded the rate should be adjusted according to fluctuations
in demand. As such, it may also be referred to as Rate of
the Day. Utell recommends that BAR rates should
be approximately 20% to 25% lower than the hotel's Rack
rates but also based on demand. |
